Our Promise
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Catchelli. If you need to make a return or exchange, we have clear and simple guidelines in place to assist you.
Time Frames
For returns, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request one. For exchanges—such as switching to another size or color—you have 30 days from the delivery date. It is essential that the product is handed over to the courier within these time frames, as they define the validity of your return or exchange.
How to Start the Process
To begin, please contact us at contact@catchelli.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return code along with step-by-step instructions from our shipping partner, Bring.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Using our return shipping service may involve a small handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for size or color will not incur this fee.

Damages & Wrong Items
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items marked as final sale, products returned in a condition different from their original state, items missing their tags, pieces that appear worn or carry odors, or products that are marked, stained, or otherwise damaged. Additionally, custom or personalized goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the funds. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@catchelli.com.
