Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped the same day or within a maximum of 3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery

We currently ship only within Norway. Standard delivery time is normally 2–5 business days depending on your location. All deliveries are handled in cooperation with Bring, ensuring safe and reliable shipping. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until delivery

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
